Are you interested in becoming more involved with the Motor City Machine? Join the new Booster Club. The Machine are looking for fans to help get things started.

The booster club is a not-for-profit entity that functions to support the players, coaches, staff, host families, and fans of the Motor City Machine Jr. A hockey club of the North American Hockey League. The club works with the staff and fans of the Machine to organize events and to promote Machine hockey.

Ideas for the 2008-2009 Season:

- Welcome party for the players and coaches
- Thanksgiving Party for Players, Coaches, Staff, Housing    Families, and Booster Club Members
- Christmas gift for the Players and Coaches
- End of season Banquet for Players, Coaches, Staff,    Housing Families, and Booster Club Members
- Prepare snack bags for long bus trips for the Players and    Coaches
- Provide plaques as part of the Player Awards
- Help players celebrate their Birthdays, B-day basket
- Serve & sell food for pre-game tailgate activities
- Volunteer for working Machine home games (receive a    second free game ticket)

How to raise funding for the booster club:

- Membership Fees
- Sell buttons, player pictures, koozies, Christmas ornaments, grab bags, and other items
- Sell food at tailgate events
